Your leather product is covered for up to 10 years from the date of purchase, provided it’s used under normal conditions and cared for according to our care guide.

We’ll repair or replace items at our discretion if they experience:

  • Leather cracking, peeling, or splitting (due to material or craftsmanship issues)
  • Stitching failure
  • Delamination or structural damage to leather not caused by misuse
  • Hardware failure (zippers, clasps) within 2 years

❌ What’s Not Covered

Our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Natural wear and tear, including minor scratches, fading, and softening from use
  • Color changes or patina due to sunlight, friction, or age
